The staff at Holiday Inn were exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She even had a great sense of humor, which added a pleasant touch to our stay. Additionally, the breakfast staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. the hotel staff made our experience truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The rooms were bright and cosy with shared bathrooms. Every staff member was brilliant. The service was welcoming in my opinion. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the rooms and amenities provided. The attention to detail, such as the comfortable bed and basic amenities, really made a difference in ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit.

The location of this hotel, in an industrial area of the city, may not be the most attractive. However, this was not a major issue as it was conveniently located near the city centre and Salford Quays.

Budget hotel, breakfast each day was gorgeous and the location close to city centre was unbeatable. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a good bar with friendly service. They had a quick check-in too. Great choice for christmas.

Huge room, that also was air-conditioned on the 2nd floor. The food was good and I enjoyed cereal, pastries and fruit.

Welcome base for travelling to Manchester and exploring local places. We booked twin room for 2 nights and had a pleasant overnight stay. Plenty of facilities such as: central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The easy check-in.

I would say it's best base for staying and exploring Manchester. Perfect location, within walking distance of Home Manchester.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, always available to answer our questions and resolve any issues. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate our request for an earlier breakfast due to our participation in a half marathon. They made us delicious porridge and provided a tasty continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with a well-made and comfortable bed. We loved having the option of a bath in addition to a shower, and there was always ample hot water. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the city centre, but also conveniently located on a bus or tram route, making transportation easy. The free car parking with plenty of spaces was an added bonus.
